Wholesale & Manufacturing Terms

SENSOR FLOATS supplies fishing floats to business customers, including tackle brands, importers, distributors and wholesalers.
The following information outlines our usual working terms. Final conditions are confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice for each order.

Minimum Order Quantities

Our standard minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per model and weight.
Smaller quantities may be considered for selected products or introductory orders. Availability and pricing depend on the size and complexity of the production series.

Prices and Quotations

Quotations are prepared according to the selected models, quantities, components, finish, printing and packaging.
For private label projects, please provide your branding and packing requirements so that these can be included in the offer.

Samples

Sample arrangements are agreed individually.
For new or modified products, we recommend confirming the relevant construction and appearance details before serial production.

Payment

Our standard payment terms are:
  • 30% advance payment to start the order.
  • 70% balance payment before dispatch.
Any alternative arrangement must be agreed in advance.

Production Lead Time

Our typical production lead time is approximately two to three months.
The confirmed schedule depends on order size, product complexity, material availability and current factory workload. Custom projects may also require time for sample development and approval.
Please contact us early when planning a seasonal collection or a fixed launch date.

Packaging and Shipping

Packing quantities, labels and barcode requirements are agreed before production.
Shipping arrangements and transport costs are confirmed according to the destination and shipment size.

Seasonal Planning

If you expect to place repeat orders, we welcome a discussion about your seasonal requirements.
Sharing estimated quantities and preferred delivery periods helps us assess production scheduling. Where suitable, we can discuss an agreed order with deliveries in stages.
