Production & Quality

Production & Quality

A finished fishing float depends on the accuracy of many individual operations.
At SENSOR FLOATS, we coordinate the manufacturing stages around the agreed specification for each model and order.

Our Production Process

Production typically includes body shaping and drilling, antenna and stem preparation, assembly, sealing, painting, printing, attachment fitting and packing.
The sequence varies according to the materials and construction of the model.

Materials and Components

We work with balsa, polystyrene and EVA foam bodies, together with components such as fiberglass, carbon and stainless steel stems.
Antenna options include solid, hollow, fiberglass and starlight-compatible constructions, depending on the model.
Component selection is agreed according to the intended use and product requirements.

Checks Throughout Production

Our production checks focus on the details relevant to each order, including:
  • Body shape and component dimensions.
  • Assembly and component alignment.
  • Surface finish and paint coverage.
  • Antenna colours and markings.
  • Logo position and printing.
  • Packing quantities and labelling.
For custom projects, approved samples and confirmed specifications provide the reference for serial production.

Planning for Repeat Orders

Clear specifications help make repeat orders easier to coordinate.
When planning your next order, we review the required quantities and any changes to the product, printing or packaging before scheduling production.
